NPCC NO.3 Full Uniform
The NO.3 is the attire which cadets wear during parades or courses. The NO.3 is worn in only one manner for cadets. It comprises the dark blue tunic, tucked-in shirt for male cadets and tucked-in blouse for female cadets.
Beret
- Beret is to be worn and have to be seasoned.
- The beret has a silver aluminium anodised NPCC badge cap. Station Inspector will wear an additional yellow flash.
Shirt(Male)
- The shirt has to be ironed straight with 2 iron lines down the sleeve behind the rank. The shirt is to be pinned with the badges you have according to the current badge formation.
- There should be 2 small silver NPCC buttons to be used at the shoulder flaps with the crest on the button to be facing outwards and 2 more small silver NPCC buttons at the chest pockets. 3 large silver NPCC buttons are to be placed along the middle of the shirt.
- Attained ranks are to be worn on the shoulder flaps under the silver buttons.
- Formation sign has to be sewn on 3 fingers apart from the bottom of the rank and along the back of the formation sign along the iron line.
- Collar has to be standing
- Name tag worn 1cm above the right breast pocket and has to be centralised.
Blouse(Female)
- The shirt has to be ironed straight with 2 iron lines down the sleeve behind the rank.
- The shirt is to be pinned with the badges you have according to the current badge formation.
- There should be 2 silver NPCC buttons are to be worn under the shoulder flaps with NPCC crest to be facing outwards and 4 silver NPCC buttons to be worn in front.
- Attained ranks are to be worn on the shoulder flaps below the silver buttons.
- Formation sign has to be sewn on 3 fingers apart from the bottom of the rank and along the back of the formation sign along the iron line.
- Collar has to be flat.
- Name tags are to be worn to the right side and aligned to the first silver button.
Pants(Male)
- Pants to be ironed with two straight iron lines at the front from the bottom to the inner side of the middle-most 2 belt loop.
- Pants to be ironed with an upside down v-shape iron line at the back from the bottom of the pants to the middle point of the pants.
Skirt(Female)
- Skirt to be ironed straight with no creases or iron lines.
Boots
- The toecap of the boots should be polished and shiny.

NPCC NO.3 Half Uniform
The NO.3 is worn mainly during parade trainings or normal trainings. It is usually worn when the dress code is not specified or the trainings will be conducted under hot sun.

Shirt
- Any school based or NPCC shirt is allowed so long as it is synchronised for the whole squad.
- Shirts are to be tucked in at all times.
Pants(Male)
- Pants to be ironed with two straight iron lines at the front from the bottom to the inner side of the middle-most 2 belt loop.
- Pants to be ironed with an upside down v-shape iron line at the back from the bottom of the pants to the middle point of the pants.
Skirt(Female)
- Skirt to be ironed straight with no creases or iron lines.
Boots
- The toecap of the boots should be polished and shiny.

PT Kit
The PT kit is typically worn during physical trainings or campcraft trainings. Such attire is also used during camps or strenuous activities.
Shirt
- Any school based or NPCC shirt is allowed so long as it is synchronised for the whole squad.
- Shirts are to be tucked in at all times.
Pants
- Only plain black track pants are to be worn with no designs or markings.
- No sweat pants are allowed to be worn.
Shoes
- Plain white school shoes are to be worn.
- Plain white sock with no designs of at least 3 fingers above the ankle.

For all attires:
- Fingernails are to be trimmed neat and tidy.
- Watches and other accessories are not to be worn.
- Spectacles are to have either spectacle hooks or bend attached.
- Girls with long hair should tie up their hair into a scorpion braid.
